Welcome! My name is Kathleen, with over 10 years of experience I pride myself on making sure my home is fit to serve your families needs. Treating others as you want to be treated is a life’s motto for me. When you stay with me we do all the heavy lifting to ensure everything is just right. The large family room and kitchen are perfect for family gatherings and the outdoor space is private and more than adequate with several sitting areas, a big webber grill, an outdoor griddle, and a fire pit. The house is an easy walk to the beach and she has everything from beach chairs, to coolers, bikes, bodyboards etc... to accommodate all needs. Our stay was easy and carefree because of great communication by Kathleen. Thanks, Kathleen!"

"WHAT A GEM. The listing does not do Kathleen's home justice! Our stay was perfect. The house was centrally located in a super-quiet neighborhood, only minutes from both the beach and from town. It was an ultra clean, absolutely beautiful home with tons of space. Each guest enjoyed his/her privacy in large, clean bedrooms. There were multiple comfortable lounge areas both indoors and out. The fully-functional kitchen included every amenity, appliance, utensil, and spice one could dream of needing. We also appreciated Kathleen's local tips, immediate responses, and willingness to go out of her way to ensure our comfort. I can only hope to come back when it's warm enough to try the outdoor shower! A luxurious dream!!! Thank you for everything Kathleen. It was such a pleasure to stay in your home."

"We loved our stay in Montauk. Kathleen, the homeowner, welcomed us at the door and showed us around. We were pleasantly surprised at the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms. The pictures online don't do this house justice!! There are plenty of areas to gather and areas to have privacy inside and out. The house is also stocked with everything you need to cook and serve as well as dozens of beach chairs, paddle boards, bicycles and life vests. The private community beach is just down the road and you are provided with a parking pass to access it. It's also a short ride into town for restaurants and shopping. We definitely would stay here again."
